Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Brooklyn, NY for a Lead Teacher with NYS certification, with the possibility of hybrid director responsibilities in the afternoon. The Lead Teacher will plan and lead lessons, implement educational curriculums, create an engaging learning environment, and guide students through their developmental stages. Collaboration with colleagues and families is integral, along with creating meaningful connections in support of the students' growth. Knowledge of Spanish or Montessori education is considered a plus. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with the ability to design engaging curriculums and activities.Strong background in Education and Training, with a focus on early childhood development.Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and students.Possession of a valid New York State (NYS) Teaching Certification is required.Additional qualifications such as proficiency in Spanish or knowledge of Montessori methods are a plus.Strong leadership skills and experience in a teaching or supervisory capacity are highly beneficial.
