Location: Bend Compensation: $27.71/hour Hours: Temporary - planned for 30hrs/week - Subject to change based on program needs. Benefits: Accrued sick time, Employee Assistance Program, self-funded retirement options NeighborImpact Housing Program Overview NeighborImpact's Housing program helps Central Oregon residents by offering a wide range of services to support individuals and families in Central Oregon who are experiencing housing instability or seeking to improve their housing situation. Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Family Support & Connections (FS&C) program offers tailored in-home case management services designed to promote client self-sufficiency and facilitate access to resources that support individualized goals. This temporary position is responsible for conducting screening, intake, and assessment with prospective clients in a compassionate and professional manner to determine eligibility for program participation, working collaboratively with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). The role focuses on assisting families as they develop and pursue strength-based objectives. Referring clients to relevant community partner agencies and service providers for children and family programs is a key aspect of this position's responsibilities. This position requires prompt, accurate record keeping and maintenance. Requirements RequiredBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for reading, writing, and speaking.Associate's degree in early childhood development or related field requiredIn lieu of a degree, 3 years of direct experience in Early Childhood Development, Parent Education, or related services requiredKnowledge of early childhood development requiredAbility to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle requiredPrior to date of hire and throughout employment:Valid driver's licenseProof of current auto insuranceAccess to reliable transportation requiredRequired within 30 days of hire:Completion of mandatory reporter training, and required to be done once annually PreferredBachelor's degree in early childhood development or related field preferredCase Management experience preferred Salary Description 27.71
