Company DescriptionBreakthrough Summerbridge is a multi-year academic enrichment program that combines intensive summer sessions with school-year support to help students thrive in and beyond the classroom. Scholars participate in rigorous math, humanities, and science courses, along with grade-level co-curriculars and electives that span the arts and athletics. During the school year, the program offers continued academic enrichment, high school advising, college access support, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops for students and families. The program is grounded in a “students teaching students” model, where passionate high school and college Teaching Fellows from across the country design and lead classes, activities, and community-building experiences. Guided by experienced educators, these Teaching Fellows foster an energetic, innovative learning community where young leaders grow together.Role DescriptionBreakthrough Summerbridge is hiring a part-time Associate to support our College Access Program in the 2026-2027 school year. This role will support the development and implementation of college-going programming for our high school freshman!
