Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required License: Active RN license in Ohio or Compact Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - NIHSS Must-Have: - Immediate Open Heart Recovery Experience preferred - TNCC Certification highly preferred Description: The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on their shift. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The Registered Nurse also assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff.
