Client Service Associate (CSA)

Client Service Associate (CSA) Jefferies Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers in delivering a high-touch, client-centric wealth management experience. The CSA will serve as a key point of contact for clients and play a critical role in day-to-day account servicing, operational support, and administrative coordination for a growing wealth management practice.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong client service skills, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in building a long-term career within wealth management.Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship SupportServe as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to service requests and inquiries.Support Financial Advisors in delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience.Assist with client onboarding, including account opening documentation, maintenance requests, and periodic updates.Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.Coordination of marketing events and internal expense management and reimbursement.Creating marketing materials that reflect client proposals, and liaising with compliance and design.Coordination of Travel and Entertainment and expense reimbursement.Maintenance of CRM and Calendar information with respect to client interactions.Account & Operational SupportProcess account transactions, including money movements, distributions, and transfers, in accordance with firm policies.Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items or documentation.Assist with client reporting, statements, and general account inquiries.Partner with internal operations, compliance, and trading teams to resolve issues efficiently.Administrative & Practice ManagementMaintain accurate client records and documentation in firm systems.Support practice management initiatives, workflow organization, and process improvements.Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and client correspondence.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and compliance standards.Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.14 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial services, or a client service role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).PreferredExperience supporting Financial Advisors or Relationship Managers in a wealth management setting.Familiarity with brokerage and advisory accounts, including custodial and operational processes.Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.Key Competencies Client-first mindset with a high level of professionalismStrong problem-solving and follow-through skillsCollaborative team player with the ability to work independentlyDiscretion in handling confidential client informationNew York, NY Full Time Salary Range of $95,000-105,000.#LI-DNI
