The role requires expertise in evaluating and treating patients across various departments, including Acute Care, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehabilitation.\n\nDetails\n\nShift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)\nYears of Experience: 1 year\nCharting System: Epic\nFloating Required: Yes, between acute, medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab Units\nPatient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics\nWeekend Rotation: 1 weekend every 4 weeks\nPatient Ratios: 8-9 patients per day\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nValid WA Occupational Therapy License\nExperience in an acute care setting\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in Inpatient Rehabilitation\nFamiliarity with specific modalities and skills including:\n\nEdema Massage\nKinesiotaping\nProsthetics/Orthotics\nFunctional Splints\nOrthoplast\nStatic Splints\n \n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEvaluate and treat patients with various diagnoses including multi-trauma, TII, SCI, CVA, surgical procedures, orthopedic conditions, Parkinson's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care and achieve productivity standards.\nAdapt to various work areas within the hospital and manage time effectively.\nMaintain flexibility to accommodate additional patient needs as they arise.\n\n\nWork Environment\nThe facility is a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds.
