The role also involves monitoring global compliance metrics, overseeing the quality training framework, and guiding the implementation of consistent quality practices across regions.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in global GMP compliance within a multinational pharmaceutical environment, with a proven track record in managing high-stakes regulatory inspections and health authority negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a demonstrated capability in developing sustainable quality systems and driving cultural transformation.
