What you'll do!Provide administrative assistance to a team of sixteen (16) Support Scientists. Managing the email queue to address duplicated and unnecessary emails as well as redirect incorrectly routed messages. Notify appropriate Microsoft Teams channel regarding urgent cases. Modify case subjects to include inquiry description. Handling of document requests from Cytiva customers, including but not limited to Certificates, Supplier Survey/Questionnaires, Audit requests, Quality Agreements, REACH/RoHS/Conflict mineral requests, and Regulatory Support related requests (TSE/BSE, chain of custody, etc). Address customer requests for rehosting, collecting and upgrading licenses for Cytiva products. Provide triage support to incoming calls and chats. Who you are!Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred. Knowledge of SFDC, e-Licensing systems and Microsoft Office suite. Proven ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment. Capable of creating a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues. Must have strong communication skills. Self-starter, strong work ethics, results oriented, and possessing good time management skills. Demonstrated problem solving ability and results oriented.
