Description:Title: Research Associate - Cell Therapy Analytical TestingLocation: Westborough, MA, 01581Job Duration: 03 Month Contract + ExtensionDescription: We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to support the analytical testing of cell therapy products to support development activities. The role requires hands-on laboratory work, including mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and PCR-based testing as well as data analysis. The Research Associate will work as part of a team under the guidance of Senior Project/Team Leads.Primary Responsibilities:- Performing aseptic cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular assays- Testing development samples on a routine basis to support process/formulation activities- Documenting work and analyzing experimental results- Reporting results out to project lead accurately and on time- Support general lab maintenance including restocking and ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.Minimum Requirements:- 1 year of hands-on experience with adherent mammalian cell culture- 1 year of hands-on experience with flow cytometry- Be able to follow established techniques/SOPs in aseptic cell culture, cell and molecular biology to generate and analyze data in an accurate and reproducible manner.- Capable of maintaining accurate records in electronic laboratory notebooks or paper forms/SOPs, appropriate databases, and inventories in a timely manner.Preferred Experience:- Cellular therapy laboratory experience- Experience in mRNA/DNA extraction and qRT-PCR/ddPCR- Experience with ELISA- Experience with pluripotent stem cells- Experience with Good Documentation Practices
