This dynamic program supports clinical care through services such as GP Liaison, Telehealth, Specialist Clinics, and Operations Support, ensuring seamless patient management from pre-admission to post-hospital care. By collaborating with general practitioners, specialists, and inpatient teams, the EVO Program provides coordinated, high-quality care for patients with diverse and complex health needs.The RoleReporting to the Administration Team Leader through the Administration Supervisor, this role is integral to supporting the smooth operation of the Outpatient Program’s clinics and health services. The Administration Officer will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient service delivery that meets both internal standards and external reporting requirements.
