Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Must- Haves (Hard Skills)•             Good hand/eye coordination – manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products•             Close attention to detail and quality•             Abililty to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft officeNice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)•             Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter)Education:•             HS Diploma/GED and 4 years’ experience
