Whether it\'s operatingmachines, working with materials, or learning new processes, yourealways looking to improve and contribute to the team\'s success.**About the role**The Machine Operators (or bulk technician) works on the productionfloor, setting up, operating and adjusting a variety of machines. Yourspooling wiring or sleeving it with a protective jacket.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** Set-up, operate, and adjust machines as required to complete dutieslisted below Bulk Re-Spool Spool product/wire to specified spools and cleanshielded/jacketed material in preparation for next operation;prepare bulk product for inventory or final inspection Sleeving Pull bulk material through sleeving or protective jacketingby using air nozzles and bullets to expand sleeving for application Tape Install miscellaneous types/widths of tape by machine or byhand to meet specified requirements Learn the requirements to operate one (1) to three (3) machines(Wardwell braider, Butt braider, cabler, extruder, etc) Perform all duties in accordance with Vermillion Quality ManagementSystem and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools andprotective equipment Develop an understanding of the principles of continuity andoperation of test equipment Maintain a pristine and organized workbench Other duties as assigned**Qualifications** High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and understand drawings and work orders Strong attention to detail Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks Ability to list 30 pounds General knowledge of machine operation Ability to assemble products according to verbal or writteninstructions, or by following drawings/diagrams This position requires the employee to have clear vision at 20inches or less and clear vision at 20 feet or less (with or withoutthe use of personal corrective eyewear) in addition to color visionin order to identify and distinguish colors.**Benefits** Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance PTO accrual from day one 401(k) with match after 1 year FSA and HSA accounts Tuition and Education reimbursement (after 1 year)**Shift** 7 AM to 3:30 PM Potential for occasional overtime Reliable attendance and punctuality are requiredVermillion, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Actionemployer.
