A company is looking for a Federal Civilian Sales Director, responsible for driving growth and operational excellence in IT solutions for the Federal Government.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in selling IT-related solutions in the US Civilian Sector
6+ years of relevant experience in strategic and people leadership
Demonstrated ability to hire diverse talent and lead high-performing teams
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs
Familiarity with IT infrastructure changes, including cloud migrations, is a plus
