Sr Program Manager – Commercial Marketing Platforms

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking a Senior Program Manager - Commercial Marketing Platforms for a prominent client of ours, located in Mettawa, IL 60045. Details of the position are as follows:Shift Information:Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!Pay range starts at $90+/hr!18+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time. Job Description:Position is primarily responsible for leading large-scale, multi-workstream program management efforts supporting pharmaceutical commercial marketing platform initiatives within a regulated environment. Position will also be responsible for driving cross-functional stakeholder coordination across IT, Analytics, Marketing, Medical, Omnichannel, and external partners while managing milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths. Position will be in charge of maintaining Jira program boards, overseeing Agile delivery processes, building scalable governance and documentation frameworks, and ensuring all program decisions, feedback, and workflows are properly documented and audit-ready. Qualifications:8+ years of program or project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments is required!Experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional workstreams, dependencies, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder accountability frameworks is required!Hands-on experience managing Jira program boards including Epics, User Stories, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery coordination is required!Experience creating governance documentation, SOPs, change management processes, approval workflows, and scalable operational frameworks within regulated environments is required!Experience supporting pharmaceutical commercial operations, HCP marketing, omnichannel strategy, content metadata/tagging initiatives, or CRM/content platform environments is preferred!Experience working with cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical business groups while maintaining auditable documentation and decision tracking is preferred!Please forward this email to any friends or colleagues as we do offer a Referral Bonus for any candidate who is hired and still gainfully employed after 30 days!Who We Are:The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm based out of Tampa, FL 33607 with over 80 Fortune 100-500 clients.
