Marketing Project ManagerWe are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Camping World's premier in-house marketing team. As a project manager you will contribute to the overall marketing operations and manage the on-going production of marketing, advertising, and promotional deliverables. If you are looking for a new challenge with a fun work environment and an entrepreneurial culture, we ask that you please apply-we'd love to have you join our team.This is a hybrid role based out of our Lincolnshire office.Job ResponsibilitiesTranslate high-level or loosely defined business objectives into actionable project plans that align with the business goals & initiativesDevelop and maintain project plans and deliverables, identify resource needs, create project schedules, update status documents and ensure that the team hits key milestonesFacilitate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and ensure clear next stepsMaintain consistent communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyEnsure content aligns with branding, messaging, and compliance standardsMake informed decisions to keep projects progressing when stakeholders are unavailable or direction is incompleteObtain necessary approvals and manage cross-functional review processes efficientlyIdentify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance workflow and team effectivenessDevelop marketing decks and presentations as needed to support planning and stakeholder alignmentWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleProjects move forward without requiring constant oversightAmbiguous objectives are translated into structured, actionable plansRisks and roadblocks are surfaced early and addressed proactivelyStakeholders feel informed, aligned, and confident in timelinesMarketing initiatives launch on time and with operational excellenceMinimum QualificationsExperience managing multiple large scale, integrated marketing programs simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to manage projects with evolving scopeExperience influencing stakeholders without direct authorityStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize competing demands independentlyExceptional written and verbal communication and follow-through skillsHigh level of initiative, accountability, and ownershipProficiency in project management software and tools; Asana and Jira is a plusPositive attitude, growth mindset, and collaborative approach3-5+ years of project management experienceWe don't just accept diversity of thought -- we support it, celebrate it and thrive on it for the benefit of our associates, our customers and our company. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
