Position Summary Image Solutions is hiring an Apparel Embellishment Supervisor to oversee our embroidery, heat transfer, and name badge production team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ZSK embroidery machines and possess excellent leadership skills to manage a team of embroidery machine and name badge operators. As the Apparel Embellishment Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our embroidery and name badge products are of the highest quality and delivered to our customers in a timely manner. Shift time is 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday-Friday. Support second shift operation. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team to stitch Company Logos, Personalization, and Custom Graphics into various garments Maintain team efficiency standards; assign tasks to machine operators and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard Track and analyze production metrics (including costing, inventory) to support planning and improvements Train new team members on the use of the embellishment and embroidery techniques Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with embellishment machines Maintain equipment and supplies inventory Ensure that safety procedures are followed by all team members Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3+ years of embroidery experience Experience in supervisory role Ability to operate ZSK Embroidery Machines; ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with embellishment machines Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions and processes consistently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products Good attendance record and flexibility to work overtime if required Proactive in process change and issue resolution Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and embroidery design software Preferred requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and/or Nepali What’s In It For You?
