This is a newly created position with huge opportunity for development. We are willing to train the ideal candidate who demonstrates the ability and desire to learn.ResponsibilitiesAdminister leaves of absence and Workers’ Compensation programAssist Crewmembers with benefits enrollment and troubleshoot related benefit issues.Serve as a resource for Crewmembers with questions related to benefits, leaves, worker’s compensation, etc.Administer Continuation of Benefits processesAdminister badges to manage ASC access Dashboard updates for FMLASource, Paylocity, Symetra, BCBS, SedgewickSupport benefits projects as assignedMonitor Inventory and replenish breakroom, office, and hygiene suppliesCoordinate decks, food and drink, and private dining for bimonthly board meetingsCoupa invoicing processes for various vendorsCoordinate and troubleshoot facilities/engineering services Distribute building updates to ASC crewmembersSupport misc short-term projects as neededCreate and manage admin budget HVAC Resolution, Lease AmendmentFedex and UPS Account cleanupSort and distribute mail/shipments to appreciate departmentsWipe clean counters, microwaves, refrigerators, and meeting rooms as needed RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in an administrative, benefits, or related position.Highly capable with all standard business software and Microsoft Office applications.Achievement focused and eager to learn.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Superior time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.Problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently while using good judgment to make job-related decisions.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
