Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant - $18/hr - Part-TimeProvide general administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and working on special projects. Communication, answering phone calls, handling correspondence within the office and with external contacts.Document management such as, preparing reports, manage documents, data entry, and bookkeeping tasks.Office Management including ordering office supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient. Keep track of projects and sales staff progress on tasks, along with problem solving.Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
