Upper East Side, Manhattan (Madison Ave Office) $75,000–$85,000 + Benefits | Full-TimeSHASHI Jewelry is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Production Coordinator to join our New York team.This role is ideal for someone with 2–3+ years of experience working with overseas production, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring structure, accountability, and calm problem-solving to a high-volume business.What You’ll Do:    •    Manage daily communication with overseas factories    •    Oversee production timelines across multiple styles and orders    •    Ensure on-time delivery and strong execution from sampling through bulk    •    Track POs, follow up on delays, and proactively solve issues    •    Work closely with internal teams to maintain organization and flowWhat We’re Looking For:    •    2–3+ years experience in overseas production (fashion/jewelry preferred)    •    Based in Manhattan (or willing to commute daily to UES)    •    Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and responsive    •    Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple moving parts    •    Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset    •    Natural leadership instincts and accountabilityAbout the Role:You will be a key player in ensuring our production runs smoothly, on time, and at a high standard.
