If you're ready to bring your unique personality and creativity to a team that values genuine guest connections, we’d love to welcome you aboard.What will you be doing?As the Banquet Chef, you'll maintain a clean work station, be efficient and have the ability to work in a team environment and most importantly you will make some pretty amazing food with some pretty amazing people.Provide our guests excellent food quality in an attractive environment and with professional service. Work closely with the Catering and Banquets teams to ensure smooth execution of functions from start to finish. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in kitchen facilities, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. Prevent waste and contamination of foods by exhibiting proper sanitation practices and ensuring compliance with policy and health regulations. Know and comply consistently with our standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Attend weekly BEO and Resume meetings. Order and inventory foods for catered events. Meet all quality standards set by our executive chefWhat do you bring to the role?2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
