If you are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we encourage you to apply today!Responsibilities:Prepares and cooks a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards.Assists in monitoring products in the freezer, walk-ins, and storerooms, ensuring freshness rotation and availability.Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of all menu items during busy service hours.Monitors the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and performs "clean as you go"Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments and departmental procedures.Remains up to date on all departmental policies and proceduresEnsures thorough communication between shiftsOther duties as assignedExperience Requirements:Proven experience working as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel or CasinoKnowledge of food safety, sanitation regulationsReliable self-starter with an open mind and a positive attitude.Excellent communication skillsFlexibility to works a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as neededPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and working in the kitchenMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.The above duties and responsibilities are representative.
