Girls Youth Lacrosse Director

Fort Lauderdale United FC is building South Florida's premier multi-sport youth platform, and we're looking for a driven, experienced leader to launch our girls lacrosse program from the ground up.Based at Nova Southeastern University, the Girls Youth Lacrosse Director will lead a full program—U10 through U19 age groups, coaching staff, player development curriculum, competitive calendar, and community partnerships—ahead of our May 2027 launch.What we're looking for:- 5+ years coaching or directing competitive girls lacrosse- Multi-age-group club program experience- Track record of developing players to varsity or collegiate level- US Lacrosse certification (or ability to obtain)This is a unique opportunity to shape a program from day one within a professional sports organization that includes professional women’s soccer (Gainbridge Super League), men's USL team launching in 2027, and 13,000+ youth sport families across six sports.Send your resume, cover letter, and coaching philosophy to tommy@ftlutd.comSubject line: Girls Lacrosse Director — [Your Name]
