Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist acts as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping guide them through case-related questions, coordinating communication with legal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through. This position requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment.Key DutiesAct as the primary contact for client communications, responding to questions and providing timely case updatesExplain legal procedures, next steps, and timelines in a clear and approachable mannerPartner closely with attorneys and support staff to communicate client needs and ensure efficient case progressCollect, organize, and maintain client information within internal systems and databasesManage client intake processes, including document collection and eligibility verificationConduct regular outreach to clients regarding case milestones, required actions, and deadlinesSupport client experience initiatives, including feedback collection and service improvement effortsAddress client concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriateHandle sensitive information in compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelinesQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in a legal, professional services, or client-facing role strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service orientationAbility to manage sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalismStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and client or case management softwareComfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional legal teamsBilingual skills are a plus, but not required
