This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is eagerto master the operational and administrative aspects of a financial planning and investmentadvisory firm. The CSA supports both lead and service advisors by ensuring efficient workflowmanagement, precise documentation, and delivery of our firm's signature "white glove" clientservice.Key Responsibilities1. Client Onboarding & New Business SupportAssist with the full new business lifecycle, including accurate preparation of account applications and required paperwork.Manage account funding, transfers, and other related processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Track and reconcile new and existing account activities, including revenue and billing.2. Client Service, Support, and OperationsProcess service requests related to clients' financial planning, investment, and insurance accounts.Prepare, review, and submit required paperwork and generate recurring client reports.Maintain limited, professional client contact to provide or obtain information as needed.Provide operational and administrative support to advisors, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.Collaborate with team members and demonstrate flexibility in supporting broader firm needs.3. Data Integrity & ComplianceMaintain and update key firm databases (CRM, New Business logs, and Client Service logs) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Support data input and management in financial planning software (eMoney).Maintain organized compliance records and ensure adherence to firm and regulatory standards.Participate in training sessions to stay current on platform and vendor updates.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and CRM.Experience: High level of administrative experience preferred.
