Electrical Engineering or other Engineering disciplineMandatory Technical Skills: 1. Expertise in requirements engineering, including functional decomposition of featurelevel requirements into algorithmic and system level specifications2. Ability to act as a technical owner of automotive Occupant Sensing features, drivingclarity and system coherence across algorithm, software, hardware, and testing teams.3. Ability to analyze, understand, explain, and communicate model architectures, dataflows, state machines, and fault strategies4. Perform requirement analysis, system architecture, feature development5. Capability to review and challenge design decisions, identify gaps, and ensure technicalrobustness at system level6. Experience with requirements Management tools like DOORS, Polarion, Architecturemanagement tools like Enterprise Architect/Rhapsody7. Communication, Diagnostic (UDS ISO14229) and network layers of various serialcommunication protocols(CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, SENT)8. Hands on experience with tools such as oscilloscopes, Vector CAN Analyzer/CANoe etc9. Structured problem solving tools (5Y, Fish Bone)10. Vehicle network topology, Over the Air(OTA), HW schematics understanding anddebugging skills.11. Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)12. Knowledge and understanding of Functional Safety and automotive CyberSecurity.Soft Skills1. Good Communication Skills2.
