They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering group to help build and improve AI-based sports analytics products, focusing on web and mobile applications for teams, leagues, coaches, and fans.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our customer-facing and internal applications• Contribute to multiple layers of our stack, from our web front-end, backend APIs, and databases• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other software engineers• Assist with reliability, stability, and availability of applications• Communicate technical commitments and decisions to team and external stakeholders• Discuss and distribute knowledge, technical concepts, and ideas with any member of our diverse organization• Participate in our engineering culture by embracing opportunities to learn from othersQualifications:Required:• 3+ years of hands-on, full-time software development experience• Experience building production web apps using ReactJS and NodeJS• Customer-focus with an understanding that shipping software involves tradeoff and collaboration• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in an efficient manner• Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines (front-end, back-end, databases, infrastructure, and product design)• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent experience, with strong software engineering componentsPreferred:• Experience with GraphQL (client or server)• Experience with Rust• Experience working with Video Streaming ApplicationsCompany:NYSE: GENI Genius Sports is the layer between what happens on the field and how the world engages with it.
