Candidates joining We Processing LLC can expect a supportive environment where their technical skills and ideas can have a meaningful impact.Role Description As a Developer Engineer at We Processing LLC, you will work on-site / remote dual status in Orlando, FL in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and maintain software applications and services. You will lead the ongoing development, stability, and evolution of the company’s automation platform. This is a sophisticated Next.js 15 multi-tenant application that integrates mortgage operations tooling, borrower portals, AI-assisted prequalification, and MISMO data workflows. You will blend full-stack development with AI integration and data pipeline stewardship, reporting directly to technical leadership.ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Build and maintain Next.js App Router pages, API routes, and React 19 components using TypeScript. You will own features end-to-end, from requirements gathering to post-release monitoring.Collaboration: Conduct code reviews for peer and AI-generated code, maintain documentation, and mentor team members on responsible AI tool usage.AI & Data Integration: Integrate and monitor AI models (primarily Google Gemini), author Supabase migrations, and maintain data sync pipelines.Skill Building & Workflow Management (New): Learn and understand Anthropic’s skill building and workflow management processes. Actively facilitate other employees in building up their skills within the organization.System Reliability: Operate scheduled jobs (cron-based automations), manage deployments across Vercel, and participate in production incident rotations.Security & Compliance: Enforce multi-tenant boundaries, protect borrower PII, and support SOC 2 and GLBA compliance.Collaboration: Conduct code reviews for peer and AI-generated code, maintain documentation, and mentor team members on responsible AI tool usage.QualificationsMinimum RequirementLanguage: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English in both spoken and writtenEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Local University UF, USF, UCF Bachelor student intern is acceptable as well.Development: 3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript; at least 1 year with React and a modern SSR/App Router framework (e.g., Next.js).Database: Proficiency with PostgreSQL, schema design, and tools like Supabase or Prisma.Cloud: Experience with AWS services (S3, IAM) and managed hosting Vercel.Tools & Testing: Expert-level Git skills and comfort authoring unit/integration tests.Preferred SkillsExperience in mortgage, fintech, or regulated financial services.Familiarity with MISMO 3.4 standards, URLA forms, and LOS systems.Hands-on experience with LLM integration (Google Gemini, Claud Code or OpenAI), including prompt engineering.
