Associates are consultants and coaches who assist client leads on client related work and interact with clients and project teams to best support the needs of our clients.Associate ResponsibilitiesConducts most client work in a supportive manner; can conduct discrete parts of client work unsupervised.Interacts with clients and project team to plan, develop, and execute client/project work.Engages in consultant work across our crisis management, crisis communication, leadership communication, and communication strategy areas.Provides coaching and executive education to clients.Maintains relationship with the clients with which the associate works.Maintains high level of professionalism and competence in communication with clients.Ensures that client and project deliverables meet client and Logos’ requirements and quality standards.Contributes to team effort by performing other related tasks as needed/directed.Fellow Job SummaryWithin the Logos Institute for Crisis Management and Executive Leadership, a Fellow is an emerging thought leader in Logos’ areas of expertise and/or a distinct area of expertise. Fellows are in the process of becoming subject matter experts, with responsibility to contribute to the firm’s thought leadership.Fellow ResponsibilitiesSelect and conduct research on a subject area to develop expertise in.Develop thought leadership in various forms on Logos’ areas of expertise and/or on selected subject matter to become expert in.Share thought leadership internally and externally, including through blogs, videos, industry publications, workshops, internal professional development sessions, and/or other forms of teaching.Translate subject matter research in ways that support Logos’ client offerings and services, or more broadly our clients and students.Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the Logos Institute.Qualifications, Requirements, and Desired SkillsAt Logos Consulting Group, we look for new team members who are aligned with our mission and who live our core values of integrity, empathy, and empowerment.Two – five years of professional experience, with experience in management consulting, coaching, education, communication, public relations or other related fields preferred.Education may vary, but minimum of BA/BS degree or five years of equivalent working experience preferred.Ability to work both independently and also in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.Highly creative and an excellent communicator.A strategic and critical thinker with strong active listening skills.A passion and strong understanding or desire to understand multiple industries.A strong desire to coach, mentor, and develop people and their organizations.Experience or desire to teach people to grow in their skills.Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of various types of content.Genuine curiosity as a life-long learner, with drive to continue to improve and better serve our team, students, and clients.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.Additional NotesFollow all other firm-wide policies as they are released.Equal Opportunity EmployerLogos Consulting Group is an equal opportunity employer, committed to living the principle of equal employment and equal opportunity by providing employees an inclusive workplace.
