As we continue to expand our holistic wellness ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced full-time Meditation Specialist to help shape a culture of mindfulness, presence, and inner alignment across our organization and community.About the RoleWe are looking for a Meditation Specialist to lead daily in-person sessions in Culver City, CA. This role will support employees, guests, and community members in developing sustainable mindfulness practices that enhance well-being, focus, and emotional balance. You will play a key role in integrating meditation and mindfulness into the heart of Oliveda’s culture.What You’ll DoLead daily guided meditation sessions (group and individual) on-site in Culver CityDesign structured mindfulness programs for different experience levelsFacilitate breathwork, grounding, visualization, and relaxation practicesSupport stress reduction, emotional regulation, and mental clarity across teams and participantsHelp embed mindfulness practices into company culture and daily routinesCreate a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for all sessionsContinuously evolve offerings based on participant feedback and wellness trendsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Practitioner, or Wellness CoachCertification in meditation, mindfulness, yoga, or related disciplines preferredStrong ability to lead and hold space for group experiencesDeep understanding of breathwork and guided meditation techniquesExcellent communication, presence, and emotional intelligencePassion for holistic wellness, personal transformation, and conscious livingNice to HaveExperience in corporate wellness or brand-led wellness programsBackground in yoga, somatic therapy, or holistic healing practicesExperience designing structured wellness curricula or programsLocationFull-time, on-site in Culver City, CA.Why Join UsBe part of a pioneering wellness and beauty brand redefining conscious livingHelp build a culture of mindfulness within a fast-growing organizationWork in a purpose-driven environment focused on transformation and impactJob Details· Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)· Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (commensurate with experience)· Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Health Insurance, plus 401(k)· Plus $250 worth of Olive Tree People products each month, along with a 50% discount on all products.
