This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily office operations.Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answering phone calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate department. Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies when necessary. Scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar. Assisting in organizing and coordinating meetings and company events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude and a team player. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
