We are growing and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Position: Outside Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:- Prospect and develop new restaurant, hospitality, and foodservice accounts- Build and maintain strong client relationships- Manage a sales territory and conduct on-site client visits- Present equipment, smallwares, and supply solutions- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams- Stay current on product offerings and industry trendsQualifications:- Prior outside or B2B sales experience preferred- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits:- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)- Commission: Uncapped earning potential- Benefits: Medical insuranceJoin a close-knit, fast-growing company that values long-term relationships, integrity, and professional growth.To apply: Please send your resume to cinthya@windepot.com
