You will manage a diverse portfolio of cases-ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents to wrongful death and facility negligence-guiding them from initial intake through successful settlement.Primary Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive case evaluations and strategic legal research.Direct all phases of pre-litigation, including drafting demand packages and managing medical evidence.Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to secure maximum recovery for clients.Litigate smaller matters independently to sharpen your courtroom skills.Maintain empathetic, consistent communication with a dedicated client base.RequirementsLicensure: Active license to practice law in Idaho.Experience: 1-3 years of personal injury experience (pre-litigation focus preferred).Skills: Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to manage a busy caseload with high attention to detail.Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE).Bonus Structure: Competitive quarterly performance bonuses and commission packages.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.Please reach out to Nykki McAdoo at nykki.mcadoo@gogpac.com or 480-879-2879 for more information.*Confidential application process*
