Experience Level: Entry LevelSkills: Communication, Excel, Legal DocumentationJob DescriptionThe Public Records Analyst is responsible for conducting daily financial and legal reviews for a high volume of individuals within a regulated industry. This role involves analyzing public financial and legal records, verifying accuracy, and ensuring documentation is complete and properly reported throughout the review process.Key responsibilities include interpreting and validating information such as bankruptcies, judgments, and liens through online research; documenting findings in internal systems; and drafting formal written inquiries requesting clarification or additional information when required. Additional duties include compiling statistical data, monitoring shared email inboxes, and reviewing correspondence for compliance and accuracy.This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical and research skills who are able to manage multiple records efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
