Our focus on long-term relationships helps ensure placements that last.Job Overview:Our client is seeking a senior-level Construction Technology Solutions Architect to serve as the enterprise lead for construction technology within an energy-focused construction division. This person will own solution architecture and roadmap development, lead strategic implementations, and standardize project delivery workflows across a portfolio of active projects. The ideal candidate blends strong knowledge of construction/EPC operations with systems thinking and the ability to drive adoption through training, coaching, and change management—especially with field teams.RESPONSIBILITIES :Partner with business and process owners to align workflows, solution design, and data standards.Lead end-to-end implementation of new and enhanced Procore workflows (planning, site readiness, pilots, cutover strategy, and go-live support).Design and architect Procore solutions, collaborating with internal teams to integrate with ERP and other enterprise systems as needed.Conduct business process and data analysis to develop scalable Procore standards that can be rolled out across multiple projects.Support project teams in documenting current-state processes and identifying opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and consistency.Develop and present Procore-based solutions to address complex operational requirements.Coordinate across disciplines to optimize workflows, improve data management, and support smooth system integrations.Serve as a liaison between construction teams and technology vendors; support integration efforts where applicable.Configure and optimize Procore forms, logs, dashboards, and reporting to meet operational needs.Track platform adoption and data quality using KPIs; partner with project leadership to drive corrective actions.Travel to project sites to observe workflows, coach teams, capture pain points, and share best practices.Lead cross-functional working sessions to resolve process gaps and strengthen project handoffs.Support evaluations and pilots of new tools/features; define success criteria and provide recommendations.Act as an escalation point for process and adoption challenges; drive issues through resolution.Mentor internal team members and project champions to build sustainable onsite capabilities.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (required).6+ years of experience in construction operations with strong technology exposure (required).Proven experience with Procore, including leading development, testing, and implementation of strategic initiatives (required).Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes across the project lifecycle (required).Strong field workflow knowledge (document control, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, scheduling, closeout).Demonstrated experience with cost control processes (contracts, budgets, change orders, etc.).Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.Ability to translate business/user needs into scalable, platform-based solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and an execution-oriented mindset.PREFERRED:Experience with ERP and scheduling platforms commonly used in construction environments (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Primavera P6, or comparable systems).Experience developing SOPs, delivering training, and driving adoption across multiple implementations.Experience supporting change management and field adoption initiatives.
