Icon 1031’s mission is to deliver simple, profitable, and transparent 1031 solutions for investors seeking above-average, passive returns without the burdens of property management.Role Description The Closing Coordinator at Icon 1031 will manage and facilitate all aspects of real estate closing transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout each 1031-related deal. This full-time, on-site role in Sandy, UT involves coordinating with internal teams, working closely with CRO, and investors, to gather documentation, verify details, and resolve issues that may arise before closing. The individual will prepare and review closing packages, track key dates and milestones, and maintain organized records within company systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to clients and partners inquiries, incestor relations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism in every interaction. The Closing Coordinator will also help refine processes, identify workflow improvements, and support the CRO as an assistant to help operations and sales teams in delivering a smooth, predictable closing experience.Qualifications Experience in a customer facing role or experience in real estate role. Needs to be able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Willing to wear mutiple hats and also help assist CRO and CEO. Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on clear, timely, and professional interactions with clients and partners.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office software and transaction management tools.Experience or willingness to leaen real estate, 1031 exchanges, or financial services is preferred; familiarity DST structures is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Sandy, UT, collaborating closely with internal teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
