We have been designated Great Place to Work for six consecutive years and many of our locations are awarded as Best and Brightest.Employment Type:Full TimeLocation:187 W Main St, Lehi, UT 84043Duties and Responsibilities:Marketing occupied and vacant properties for lease, using MLS, multiple ILS', company website, signs, etc.Place lockbox on property after receiving Notice to Vacate and prior to marketingPerform market analysis on rental comparisons to determine rental price point and communicate pricing with property owner/clientDuring property marketing, provide property owner/client weekly email updates regarding showing activity and price reductions as necessaryPerform property walks after tenant has provided notice to vacate, to determine marketability.
