We’re partnering with a founder-led fine jewelry manufacturer and wholesale brand with ~30 years of heritage, currently undergoing a full brand and marketing transformation.This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you will own social content, marketing execution, and help build structure from the ground up.The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of social, brand storytelling, and marketing operations.You’ll be responsible for:Owning the social content calendar and campaign executionElevating the brand’s visual identity and storytellingBringing organization, structure, and process to a fast-moving teamSupporting product launches, retail marketing, and trade show initiativesThis is a hands-on, builder role — ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, founder-led environment and wants to make a real impact.What You’ll OwnSocial & Content LeadershipOwn and manage the end-to-end content calendar (planning, execution, optimization)Lead social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (TikTok as future growth)Drive content creation, shoots, and storytelling aligned to a premium brandManage freelancers/agencies and oversee content output and performanceMarketing Programs & Campaign ExecutionTranslate product launches into integrated campaigns across channelsSupport retailer marketing, co-op programs, and partner initiativesLead marketing execution for trade shows and eventsCoordinate with sales, merchandising, and creative teams to align messagingOperations & Structure (Critical First 90 Days)Organize and optimize shared drive / asset management systemsBuild and implement clear workflows and marketing processesCreate structure around campaign planning, content execution, and timelinesServe as the central point of coordination across marketing initiativesTeam & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with creative and digital team membersWork alongside leadership to execute evolving brand strategyHelp bring clarity and momentum to a team in transformationWhat Success Looks LikeOrganized, scalable marketing systems and workflowsConsistent, elevated brand presence across social channelsOn-time, well-executed campaigns and product launchesStrong alignment between brand, product, and marketing executionWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have4–7+ years of experience in social, content, or brand marketingExperience owning content calendars and campaigns end-to-endBackground in luxury or premium consumer brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)Experience working in small, fast-paced, or founder-led environmentsProven ability to build structure, processes, or systems from scratchStrong understanding of brand storytelling and visual identityHighly organized with strong attention to detailPreferredExperience in wholesale, retail marketing, or co-op programsExposure to trade shows, events, or product-driven marketingFamiliarity with ecommerce and DTC strategyExperience managing agencies or external partnersWhy This RoleOpportunity to help shape and elevate a legacy brandHigh ownership and visibility with leadershipBlend of creative + operational impactIdeal for someone who wants to build, not just maintainIf you're someone who loves premium brands, strong storytelling, and bringing order to chaos, this is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
