This role is ideal for skilled E&I technicians with industrial maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems in a chemical or process manufacturing environment.Candidates must have a strong commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and accurate documentation.ScheduleFull-time hours24/7 plant operationRotating shifts requiredNights, weekends, and holidays may be requiredWhat You'll DoMaintain, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate electrical and instrumentation equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to support safe, reliable plant operationsTroubleshoot motors, drives, instrumentation, controls, and related systemsExecute planned and scheduled E&I maintenance workRead and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, OEM manuals, and equipment documentationUse CMMS to document work orders, materials, and maintenance activitiesPartner with operations, maintenance, production, and third-party resources to prioritize workSupport plant reliability by identifying equipment issues and helping reduce downtimeFollow all safety, environmental, regulatory, PSM, and internal plant standardsDocument work accurately in accordance with maintenance proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredVocational or technical training preferredWest Virginia Electrician License required3+ years of E&I maintenance experience in an industrial setting requiredChemical, petrochemical, or process manufacturing experience strongly preferredAbility to troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issuesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manualsFamiliarity with CMMS systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirementsStrong communication skills with operations, management, contractors, and maintenance teamsExperience using hand tools and power toolsAbility to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctionsBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
