If you are committed to delivering high-quality emergency care and thrive in dynamic settings, we want to hear from you.Necessary Skills for Success:Valid medical license to practice in ArkansasBoard-certified or eligible in Emergency MedicineStrong proficiency in emergency procedures (reductions, cardioversions, sedation, lacerations, chest tubes, intubations, central lines, traumatic injuries, EKG interpretation)Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with EPIC EMR and Dragon dictation preferredAdditional Qualifications that are advantageous:ACLS and PALS certificationExperience working in Level 2 trauma centersMulti-shift flexibility including days, nights, and eveningsStrong teamwork and communication skillsPreferred Education and Experience:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolMinimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experienceCurrent Medical License in Arkansas or eligible for licensureOther Requirements:Availability to begin on May 1, 2026Willingness to work approximately 130 hours per month, covering various shiftsCertification in ACLS, PALS, and trauma courses is desirableMust be able to perform required procedures and adapt to multi-disciplinary support staffCompensation includes malpractice coverage, orientation, holiday pay, and travel reimbursements where applicableHourly pay rate: $400-$410, with orientation at $200-$205 per hour after 8 hours, and holiday pay at $600-$615 per hourTake the next step in your emergency medicine career by applying today!
