JOB POSTING Position Title: Bartender Date of Notice:07/08/2024 Job Location: Nemadji Golf Course Start Date: ASAP Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager Position Summary: Provides superior food and beverage service to golfers in accordance with True Service customer service standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow company opening/closing procedures including inspection for adequate supplies, procuring additional supplies as necessary, and preparing garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks Greet all guests as they enter the bar area Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to Nemadji recipe guidelines and Wisconsin Law Maintain clean bar equipment and work area Maintain records of liquor, beer, wine, tobacco, and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times Maintain daily inventory and records Perform other duties as required Provide tableside service when necessary Qualifications: High school required 1 year bartending experience preferred Wisconsin alcohol seller’s permit REQUIRED Valid Driver's License Demonstrates quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations Able to work during the months of May through the end of October with some overtime expected ServSafe preferred Compensation Range: $7.50 - $10 per hour and is a tipped position with conditional golf privileges included Classification: Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday KemperSports Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer Work Remotely No Job Type: Part-time Pay: $7.50 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Shift: 8 hour shift Experience: Bartenders: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
