Position Title: Sales Administrator (Entry)
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Overview
The Sales Administrator supports day-to-day sales operations and office administration for our New Jersey office, partnering closely with Sales, Accounting, and Logistics to ensure accurate order processing and seamless customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform basic bookkeeping for local and satellite offices, coordinating with Accounting as needed
Assist the sales team with documentation, reports, and customer-facing materials
Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
Maintain A/R and A/P workflows and follow up on outstanding items
Manage general office administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and supply coordination
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bilingual – English and Korean (Highly Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Starting Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (Negotiable depending on experience, excluding bonus, OT, and other earnings)
