Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year recent experience required License: State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: MS/Tele experience Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Use of Rapid Response and Code teams Peripheral line care and management Nasal cannula and oxygen administration Non-invasive airway management Isolation precautions Description: Candidates eligible for expedited offers must be able to start immediately and have no requested time off. Floating will be required based on facility needs. The role includes a patient ratio of 5-6. Every other weekend and holiday coverage is required. Clinical skills necessary include management of dysrhythmias and the ability to work with oxygen tanks. All requested time off must be included during the initial application process. Travelers may coordinate with peers to ensure coverage for any time off. First-time travelers may be considered based on experience. Previous employees cannot be submitted for traveler positions.
