This position provides opportunities for spiritual, personal, and professional development./ppResponsibilities/pulliPromote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis./liliCreate a SERVE culture environment in all work done./liliApproach all tasks with a second mile mindset./liliPrioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments./liliPerform general security patrols of all ministry attractions./liliProficiently operate all Department of Public Safety (DPS) Security Associate equipment, including security vehicles, radios, and computer-related systems./liliOperate facility alarm systems, fire systems and all electronically operated security systems to include both manually and electronically shutting down and opening the facility(s) and monitoring all alarm activity./liliKnow and assist in the implementation of security associate policies and procedures including (but not limited to) phone, radio, vehicle, medical, operational and general departmental SOPs./liliLearn and operate all dispatch center related equipment and procedures so that this associate has the ability to stand in as a console operator./liliOversee/manage the process of key issuing and general access control management./liliKnow and employ company and departmental policies and procedures./liliAssist the supervisory group with organizing departmental functions and events./liliMaintain the parking permit database and appropriately issue and log permits./liliProvide directions to employees and patrons with regard to security and safety related matters./liliProvide security and related functions at security posts deemed necessary./liliFunction as a traffic officer as needed./liliConduct emergency evacuations as well as conduct related drills and training./liliAct as first responder medical care provider in all medical related incidents./liliDetermine severity level of all patients, determine appropriate medical support, and provide necessary care./liliStay current on all medical related certifications, including Basic First Aid, CPR and AED certifications./liliProficiently operate and maintain all medical related equipment including medical gear and response equipment such vehicles and the departments UTV./liliMonitor, maintain and re-supply medical supplies and gear appropriately./liliComplete incident reporting processes./liliAct as patient advocate in medical cases./liliAct as departmental and patient liaison to outside assisting agencies./liliProvide documentation to both patients and end point medical care providers as appropriate./liliOperate within the scope of all federal, state and company guidelines, rules, regulations, and laws./liliOversee the companys HIPAA and OSHA compliance as well as all safety regulations./liliKnow and employ company safety guidelines and supervise both patron and employee actions in regard to company policy./liliAnd all other duties and responsibilities assigned by management./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pRequirements/pulliMust agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith./liliMaintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ./liliRegularly attends a local Bible-believing church./liliMust be 18 years of age or older/liliSuccessfully complete interview process/li/ulpEducation Experience/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliUndergraduate Certificate or associate degree in a security or public safety related discipline preferred/liliExperience in law enforcement, military or private security preferred./li/ulpItems Needed for Possible Employment/pulliCompletion of on-line application, https://answersingenesis.org/liliSalary Requirements/liliSalvation Testimony/liliCreation Belief Statement/liliConfirmation of your agreement with the AiG Statement of Faith (AiG Statement of Faith can be found on the website). https://answersingenesis.org/about/faith//liliCompletion of a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen/li/ul/div
