Provides a developmental preventive guidance program. Manages the assessment program and explains results to students and parents. Coordinates with the Family Resource Center personnel in order to meet family needs of students. Makes referrals to appropriate community agencies. Consults with parents on school related concerns. Consults with teachers and staff regarding students with special needs. Maintains inventory of guidance materials. Communicates with other counselors to coordinate guidance activities.
