UpGuard is hiring a senior professional services/solutions architect to lead complex, enterprise-scale deployments for large organizations. You will design repeatable methodologies, own end-to-end delivery, and drive UAT to ensure a seamless handoff to Customer Success.
You will translate ambiguous client needs into technical specs, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with PS, Sales, and Product to influence the roadmap.
