Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to lead the execution and optimization of our marketing initiatives in close partnership with the revenue team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth, sales enablement, and brand positioning.The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator—someone who can own campaigns end-to-end, drive alignment across teams, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs that move the business forward.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generationOwn campaign timelines, performance tracking, and reportingContinuously test and iterate to improve results across channelsSales EnablementPartner with sales leadership to develop and refine collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences)Ensure the sales team is equipped with clear, compelling, and up-to-date messagingAlign marketing initiatives with sales priorities and pipeline goalsContent & MessagingOversee the creation of high-quality content across channels (email, web, thought leadership, outbound support)Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent and differentiatedTranslate complex ideas into clear, customer-focused narrativesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, product, and leadership to align on go-to-market initiativesAct as a central point of coordination for campaign executionEnsure timely delivery of marketing assets and initiativesPerformance & OptimizationTrack and analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and key marketing metricsUse insights to inform strategy and improve ROIIdentify gaps and opportunities across the marketing funnelOperational ExcellenceStreamline marketing processes and improve execution efficiencyManage tools, workflows, and timelines to ensure consistent outputProactively identify and solve execution challengesQualifications8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or high-growth environmentProven track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable business resultsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working closely with sales teams and supporting revenue goalsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionAbout The CompanyVelo, Velo3D, Sapphire and Intelligent Fusion are registered trademarks of Velo3D, Inc. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $108,000 and $160,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
