The position requires strong documentation skills, a consistent approach, and the ability to maintain a high volume of outbound call activity each day.Responsibilities:Conduct a high volume of outbound calls each day to contact eligible individuals and introduce program opportunities.Speak with members using approved call guidance, provide clear information, and encourage appointment scheduling when appropriate.Leave clear voicemail messages when contact is not made and complete follow-up records accurately.Document all call outcomes, member interactions, and scheduling updates in the appropriate systems.Manage appointment-setting activities and ensure information entered into records is complete and timely.Work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, a consistent approach, and service standards.Pick up assigned equipment at the Boca Raton, Florida office at the start of the assignment and return it at the conclusion of the contract.Visit the Boca Raton, Florida office for equipment support when technical issues cannot be resolved remotely.
