We are a stroke over flow unit in addition to encompassing a wide variety of other diagnoses as well as ages. We also have a partnership with CCHP (Christiana Care Hospitalist Partners) by cohorting their patients on our unit.We are currently seeking an experienced RN to work 36 hours per week,Dayshiftat Christiana Hospital. Weekend and Holidays per the guidelines of the department. Typical shift is 7a - 7p.Requirements:BSN preferredCommitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.Current Delaware RN license or eligibility for Delaware RN license1-2 years med/surg experience preferredTelemetry experience a plus.BLS requiredQualities and Experience We Are Looking ForExcellent partnership within and across disciplines!We work with a team that values collaboration and recognizes the importance of serving together.Strong critical thinking and prioritizationAnticipating the needs of others by helping with compassion and generosityHourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
