Job DescriptionLead the preconstruction process including conceptual estimating, budget development, and value analysis. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and well-aligned project plans. Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities. Prepare and present cost models, estimates, and preconstruction deliverables to internal teams and clients. Manage subcontractor outreach, bid reviews, and proposal preparation. Support project scheduling and constructability reviews to ensure seamless transition into operations.
