As part of the Lisbon Center and France Retirement team, you'll play a pivotal role in working together with our clients and consultants at the France consulting office.

The Role
Our Retirement team in France advises companies and their pension funds. Utilising a combination of strong analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to pension solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in France and Lisbon, providing operational, analytical, and administrative support for Defined Contribution (DC) consulting activities, with a strong focus on the LifeSight digital retirement platform.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant discipline (other backgrounds considered based on experience)
Relevant experience; exposure to DC pension plans or fund benchmarking is a strong advantage
Fluent written and spoken English and French (mandatory)
Strong attention to detail with a rigorous approach to data accuracy and version control
Ability to manage multiple priorities with clear follow‑through
Comfortable working with digital platforms and quickly learning new systems
Collaborative, proactive team player who anticipates issues and proposes solutions
Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
Hands‑on experience with operational processes in financial services, benefits, or pensions
Strong Excel and data‑handling skills (lookups, pivots, basic formulas; Power Query is a plus)
Familiarity with data integration controls (reconciliations, checks, logs) and basic documentation
